After-school Clubs
After-school clubs are a very important part of our personal development offer for pupils. The clubs complement the school's curriculum and offer regular opportunities pupils to develop their interests and hobbies. Our clubs are run by senior leaders, class teachers and teaching assistants, and our PE coach.
Our pupils have a wide range of interests, so our club programme changes termly to ensure everyone has an opportunity to pursue something they enjoy. Each club run for a period of ten weeks. Some clubs are open to pupils from Reception to Year 6, whereas others are available to selected year groups to ensure the club is both safe and suitable for those attending.
All of our clubs are inclusive - pupils with an SEND are encouraged to attend. Club leaders are happy to adapt the club to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Spaces are limited and are, therefore, allocated on a first come first served basis. If a club is full, we may be able to increase spaces if it is safe to do so and we operate a waiting list. If you are unable to secure a place for your child, please contact the main school office via admin@bramptonacademy.org or 0208 303 2873. Please note: if numbers are low, a club may not be able to run. If this happens, we inform parents/carers and either offer an alternative club place or refund the club fee.
The cost per session is £3.00 (£30 per term). Payment for the term is requested in full at the time of booking. If a parent/carer has difficulty in paying in full, they should contact the office via admin@bramptonacademy.org or 0208 303 2873. If a pupil is eligible for Pupil Premium funding, they are entitled to attend one club per term free of charge. Football training does not come at a cost. Football Club remains at £3.00 per session.
