Foodbank
Brampton is proud to support the Trussell Trust in stopping UK hunger. Each year, in September, we host a Harvest Festival assembly and our incredibly generous families and staff donate items for our Harvest table, which are then donated to The Trussell Trust's Bexley Foodbank. Volunteers from the Foodbank join our assembly to explain the importance of foodbanks in supporting people living in poverty.

The Foodbank volunteers told us that there has been a significant increase over the past few year in the number of families needing support from Bexley Foodbank, and so we have placed a donation box in the office so that families can donate throughout the year should they wish to do so. Later in the year, our Year 6 Prefects will be visiting the Foodbank to volunteer their help in boxing up donations to be distributed to those in need.
