Preparations for Young Voices Choir Performance at the O2 Arena Underway
Young Voices is renowned for organising the largest children's choir concerts in the world. Each year, the organisation brings together school choirs to perform in some of the UK's most iconic venues, including the O2 Arena in London. The aim is to inspire a love of music and singing in children, while also providing them with the opportunity to perform in front of large audiences. The concerts are a celebration of music, featuring a diverse repertoire of music, accompanied by professional musicians and special guest artists.
At Brampton, the children involved are eagerly rehearsing for the upcoming Young Voices concert in February, under the guidance of Brampton's music specialist Miss Young. This concert's set list includes a medley of 90s dance tracks (which the adults are very excited about) and a moving song called 'Little Blue', accompanied by sign language, which the children have been working hard to learn.
The excitement at the rehearsals is palpable as everyone looks forward to the performance; the concert is sure to be a highlight of the school year!
